More than halfway through January! WOW. Feels like yesterday I just brought my new baby Civic home and started my post-holidays diet clean-up.
Not a huge breakfast this morning. Mostly over my sinus-y infection (I MISS YOU CFSA!!) but still got some sinus drip, which just makes me feel like uck in the morning. I woke up hungry today though which is a plus. Took me almost 30 days last time to hit that stride.
Coffee is free at the new Dunkin across the street from my office so I've been digging in more than normal. Between iced coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon and heavy cream lattes (not that I can have those now... Sigh), I don't miss sugar in my coffee at all. In fact, like two weeks ago Starbucks messed up and gave me iced tea with 4 pumps. EWWWW. The lady just stared at me when I told her it was wrong. Haven't ordered tea with sugar in like 6 months.
Mediocre workout tonight. Went to CF and did front squats. (Got up to 125 frakensteins, and that shit hurt) came home and ran intervals on the treadmill. Ankle hasn't flared up yet though that would be just what I need. Wrist injury has proved more frustrating than even imaginable.
