Made breakfast "muffins" yesterday - 3 bags on spinach, 1.25 pounds of pork sausage, 2 pieces of bacon, 3 eggs.
They're a little bland but fine. Kind of like a quiche. Can definitely improve for next time but a good quick breakfast.
Also had 2 deviled eggs cause they're delish.
Pre-workout: 2 more deviled eggs. Protein and fat, sounds like a perfect fat source to me.
Freaking irritated over my injured wrist. I can't do anything which involves a grip - I can barely carry my own bar. So lots of Frankenstein front squats and variations of squats, one-armed work, and abs in my future. Still got a good workout in but ugh.
Post-workout/lunch: carnitas and guac. In line at Chipotle as I update this. Plan is to take it home and consume with massive amounts of spinach. Also attempting to get my blood sugar medication refilled. Work in progress...
That's not the spinach pre and post salad by the way. That's my whole salad then the extra spinach I ate. I can usually eat it plain but my garlic-mayo-herb dressing is awesome so I lightly tossed it. Yum.
Finally left over stir fry and the bachelor. How do people watch this without alcohol ?
